The event featured competitive basketball and volleyball matches along with a thrilling kho-kho game. Fun filled races like the lemon and spoon race and the three-legged race added an extra layer of excitement and engagement for younger students. The day was a perfect blend of competition and enjoyment, encouraging students to showcase their athletic talents and emphasizing the importance of sports and physical fitness in daily life.

A cultural programme to celebrate the most popular festival “Harela” was organized by Nagar Nigam, Bhimtal on 19 July 2024 at Ramleela Ground. It is celebrated in kumaun, a region of Uttarakhand. Harela is a time to express gratitude to nature and pray for a successful yield. It is believed to have been celebrated since ancient times by the people of Uttarakhand to honour nature and seek blessing for a good harvest. The festival also has religious significance as it is dedicated to Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati who are worshipped for prosperity and well – being. It also serves as a reminder of the importance of preserving the environment. Our school children participated in different programmes and were appreciated by Chief Guest. These were not competitive programmes.

On this day children along with their teachers performed different activities. Children wore red coloured dresses. Red coloured fruits e.g. apples, straw berries, tomatoes etc were arranged. They used different sports equipments of red colour. Children made cards using red colour. Each child enjoyed and participated in most of the activities.

It’s a joint project of India and Netherlands that work together for the improvement in agricultural technologies like aeroponics, hydroponics & vertical farming. This organization has collaborated with COCA-COLA company for a project ‘UNNATI APPLE MISSION’ in states like Uttarakhand and Himanchal Pradesh.

An Inter House Debate Competition took place on 4th August 2023 at Green Mount Global School Bhimtal. The event brought together students from different houses from senior classes to showcase their oratory and argumentative skills on the topic 'Reading book is better than watching television’. A total of four houses participated in this Inter House Debate Competition. Each participating house was represented by a team of two students: first one in favor of the topic and the other against the topic. The event drew an enthusiastic response from both participants and spectators, contributing to a lively and engaging atmosphere. The topics chosen for the debate competition covered a wide range of social and political issues ensuring a balanced and comprehensive discussion. The participants demonstrated exceptional public speaking skills, critical thinking abilities, and the capacity to present well-reasoned arguments. They showcased a thorough understanding of the topic and expressed their views persuasively.

Gaurav Sahu has also got participation certificate in Social Studies. Our both the students have shown exceptional talent and aptitude in Science and Social Studies. Our students have also demonstrated dedication and perseverance in preparing for the Olympiad. They have set an example for their peers and juniors. We were reminded of the countless benefits that trees provide, from purifying the air we breathe to providing a habititat for the wild life. To make this celebration even more special, we organised a tree plantation drive within our school premises. Our enthusiastic student, along with dedicated teachers and staff, eagerly dug holes and planted sapling of various species.
